What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resilience Branch Analyst position at Dynamic Systems Technology?
Dynamic Systems Technology is seeking an Analyst to provide professional expertise in support of program analytics for the Army National Guard suicide prevention, substance abuse prevention, and risk reduction programs. The position is based on client site in Arlington, VA and is a hybrid position with on-site work at a minimum of twice per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Eagerness to learn and develop knowledge and analytic skills within total force fitness.
- Utilize Excel for real-time data analysis on program data.
- Responsible for receiving, creating, and disseminating large quantities of survey data and follow up results.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and ensure accuracy.
- Assist Program Analysts with data calls and requests for information as they are received from external sources.
- Carry out other duties/projects as assigned, such as LOI creation, event coordination, and serving as POC for programs, as required.
- Manage the program SharePoint site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience desired
- Knowledge of social sciences and/or desire to work with suicide prevention, substance abuse, or risk reduction in a military population
- Candidates must be willing to undergo training and be cross trained
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 Security Clearance
- Proficiency in Office365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on listening and documenting client needs
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable presenting data results
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel (2-4 weeks yearly)
