Summary of Position
The Sales Coordinator will take part in our vision to deliver an Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) that ensures compliant, consistent, and controlled solutions connected to FDA regulated medical instruments, manufactured by our customers which are large global medical device companies.
The Sales Coordinator at Dynamic is a key commercial contributor to obtaining our aggressive corporate sales revenue growth plan while supporting our existing and prospective future customers. This person will work with our commercial and senior leadership team to cultivate and execute sales activities, within a defined set of strategically important accounts, to achieve sales quota and strategic account objectives.
The person will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers; while contributing to customer key account management plans and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. It is essential that this person have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to be part of a growth story.
Primary Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator is an important contributor supporting the execution of our commercial growth strategy while building on current customer relationships to protect and grow our business opportunities. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
Sales:
Reporting / Documentation Responsibilities:
- Dynamic Sales revenue report. (Weekly)
- Customer open order report. (Weekly)
- Customer forecast demand report. (Quarterly)
- Suppliers change requests – Customer forms to identify any changes to products. (As needed)
- Working with OEM’s & Suppliers on obtaining compliance documentation / certification for customers. (As needed)
- Assist with reporting and tracking business opportunities within ERP/CRM system. (Daily)
- Assist in show and event planning. (As needed)
- Quote Creation. (Daily)
- Part number creation. (As needed)
- Converting Quotes to Sales Orders. (Daily)
- Production order creation. (As needed)
- Ariba order and shipping confirmations. (Daily)
- Responding to customers’ inquiries and follow up on leads or issues. (As needed)
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. (As needed)
- Assist in customer contact mapping to project specific current and new business opportunities. (As needed)
- Assist in managing dashboards, reports historic / present / future data mining support & trends. (As needed)
- Project accounting alignment and management.
- Order fulfillment and inventory management support.
- Coordination with Suppliers to ensure alignment on product availability and delivery timelines. (Daily)
- Providing purchasing with information related to Sales Forecasts to ensure proper inventory to support order fulfilment and competitive acquisition cost. (As needed)
- End of Life (EOL) Assistance (Monthly)
- Working with OEMs and Suppliers on product lifecycle plans.
- Supporting team and Tech Dev on identifying replacement options.
- Supporting customer with timeline of transition.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in technology, business and / or related fields.
- 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing and / or related fields.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to resolve a conflict or issue quickly and completely.
- Experience with Acumatica, HubSpot or related systems preferred.
- Strong ability to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

Physical Demands

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
