Dynamic Therapy and Consulting, LLC is a clinic-based ABA provider in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake, Virginia. All employees are held to high ethical, clinical, and professional standards. We aim to be a leader in compassionate and trauma-informed care in Hampton Roads. We are currently hiring for a full-time in-home RBT position in the Virginia Beach area.
Responsibilities:

- Provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy services with clients
- Accurately implement clients’ individualized behavior protocols as directed by the clinical supervisor
- Professional daily communication with clients’ families and caretakers
- Accurately record data in real time
- Complete daily progress notes meeting company standards by the end of each business day
- Maintain an organized and sanitary clinical space for clients
- Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethical Guidelines
- Work collaboratively with supervisors to achieve best clinical outcomes for clients
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Attend mandatory staff trainings and complete asynchronous trainings by the deadline given by the clinical director
- Adhere to company policies
Qualifications:
- Hold and maintain a registered behavior technician credential through the BACB
- Hold and maintain a current CPR/BLS certification completed in person
- Pass a criminal background check
- Preferred: previous experience as an RBT in clinic or home settings
- Preferred: previous experience using Skill-Based Teaching (SBT)

- $21-27/hour commensurate with experience for direct services with clients
- $15/hour for training and administrative tasks
