What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Repair Tech position at Dynamic Transit?
Dynamic Transit is a transportation and logistics company that has operated commercial - Kenworth, Peterbilt, Volvo, & Mack - tractor trailers for over 30 years. With a dedicated and hard-working team of over 300 employees, the Dynamic Transit full-service shop supports our drivers by providing the best maintained equipment on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damage
- Repair body to factory or customer specifications
- Remove and replace damaged parts with power and hand tools
- Fill cracks and depressions
- Perform cosmetic repairs
- Prepares vehicles for body repair work
- Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate; certificate or associate degree in automotive technology preferred
- ASE certificate preferred but not required
- I-CAR certificate preferred but not required
- Welding, auto repair, and painting experience
Salary : $20 - $25
