Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator
Dynamic Transit Company, a leader in truckload transportation services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform background checks and verification of employment
- Manage recruitment-related documentation
- Schedule pre-employment drug test
- Collect driver qualifying documents
- Update candidate information in ATS and CRM
- Track orientation schedules using Project Management tool
- Prepare and send offer letters and orientation itineraries
- Implement an onboarding program that meets the needs of the company and new hires
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of onboarding, including scheduling, preparing materials, and conducting orientation sessions
- Ensure that all legal and administrative compliance is followed, including paperwork completion and benefits enrollment
- Guide new hires through the process, answer questions, and address concerns
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience working in a customer driven field.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Thorough problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 products
- Able to type at least 35 WPM - typing test will be administered as part of the interview process
- Competency with various with HR tools, such as ATS & CRM
- Public Speaking Skills
Pay and Benefits:
- Base Pay Range; $20/hr. - $22/hr.
