Key responsibilities of a bakery sanitation worker :
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment :
Disassemble, clean, and sanitize all bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, conveyors, worktables, and utensils using designated cleaning chemicals and procedures.
Floor and surface cleaning :
Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, walls, and other surfaces in the production area to maintain hygiene standards.
Waste disposal :
Properly collect and dispose of food waste and packaging materials in designated containers.
Chemical handling :
