Duties:
The Medical Records/Central Supply Clerk maintains medical and clinical records, responsible for ordering, cost management, distribution, stocking and overall inventory management of medical supplies and equipment used by the medical staff and in resident care.

The Medical Records/Central Supply Clerk maintains medical and clinical records, responsible for ordering, cost management, distribution, stocking and overall inventory management of medical supplies and equipment used by the medical staff and in resident care.
Medical Records/Central Supply Clerk Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience handling inventory in a healthcare facility, hospital, or patient treatment center.
- Dedicated interest in assisting a senior population.
- Familiarity with wide range of medical supplies and equipment.
- Experience in supply chain management helpful.
- Understanding of product pricing and process for charging end users.
- High level attention to details with proven mathematical ability.
- Proficiency with software programs including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data-driven applications.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.
- Medical Terminology Experience preferred
- CNA Certification preferred
- Clerical Experience
- Inventory Management Experience
