Job Summary : The Vice President of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution for five skilled nursing facilities. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive occupancy, enhance brand awareness, and support the overall business objectives. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. This role requires travel that could last from one day to a week consistently.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy and market share across all five facilities.
Brand Management : Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with the organization’s values and mission.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing : Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, SEO, and online advertising.
Community Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization’s reputation and visibility.
Content Creation : Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and other promotional content.
Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
