The Ideal Candidate

A proven track record in both hypergrowth startups (0 to 1 stage) and large enterprise environments
10 years of experience in Marketing Operations leadership roles
Expertise in AI-driven marketing strategies and decision-making
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other advanced marketing technologies
A bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement an AI-powered marketing operations framework

Optimize cross-functional marketing processes through automation

Develop AI-driven performance measurement and analytics systems

Enhance the marketing technology stack with AI-powered tools

Facilitate data-driven collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams

Optimize marketing spend and resource allocation using AI

Champion continuous process improvement and A / B testing

Ensure brand consistency and compliance

Foster a culture of data-driven marketing excellence

Provide strategic insights to executive leadership
