Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement an AI-powered marketing operations framework that optimizes workflows, accelerates execution, and ensures seamless alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and optimize cross-functional marketing processes, deploying automation tools to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance campaign execution.
- Develop and oversee AI-driven performance measurement systems, ensuring real-time analytics, automated KPI tracking, and predictive insights drive smarter decision-making.
- Enhance Empower's marketing technology stack, integrating AI-powered CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation tools to improve engagement and ROI.
- Bridge marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration through AI-driven insights, lead-scoring models, and automated content recommendations.
- Deploy AI-enhanced resource allocation tools to optimize marketing spend, prioritize high-value opportunities, and maximize campaign performance.
- Champion process optimization by continuously refining marketing workflows, A / B testing strategies, and audience targeting for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance by implementing AI-powered monitoring tools that uphold messaging, design, and regulatory standards.
- Foster a culture of data-driven marketing excellence, training teams to leverage AI-powered insights and automation tools to elevate execution speed and effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing actionable recommendations on marketing efficiency, technology adoption, and performance optimization.

10 years of experience in marketing operations, process optimization, and automation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives.Proven track record of implementing AI-driven marketing automation, CRM integration, and analytics tools to optimize operations.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required for candidates with equivalent experience).Preferred certifications for this role include Certified Marketing Operations Professional (CMOP); Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP); Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ); Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification; HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making-adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.Employee Benefits, Health, and Wellness
