- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and equipment logs.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
