Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join its global Legal team. Reporting into the VP, Legal – Corporate and Sustainability, you will help support general corporate legal and public company matters and other projects within the Dynatrace Legal Team.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Supporting Dynatrace’s preparation of SEC filings, including annual / quarterly reports, proxy statements, and Section 16 reporting, and compliance with NYSE listing rules
- Supporting corporate governance matters, including the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and its committees and the company’s annual meeting of stockholders
- Supporting various Corporate functions (including Tax, Treasury, Accounting, People & Culture, Investor Relations, Communications, and Business Development) with various corporate matters related to the company’s global legal organizational structure, banking and financing activities, equity plans, M&A, internal and external communications, and other initiatives
- Designing and implementing various corporate-focused policies, guidelines, and procedures, including training and internal awareness initiatives
- Providing guidance and advice to Dynatrace colleagues around the world on various corporate matters and questions
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments related to in-scope corporate areas and assessing their impacts on the company
This role is a hybrid position (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $180K - $200K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience / education and location.
