Job Title : Shop Helper
Reports to : Shop Supervisor
Position Summary : We are seeking a reliable and energetic Shop Helper to join our manufacturing team at Mammoth Overland, where we specialize in producing high-quality trailers. The Shop Helper will play a key role in supporting our production team by assisting with various tasks related to the assembly, manufacturing, and maintenance of our trailers. Position Responsibilities :
- Assist in the assembly and production of trailers, including preparing materials and components for production.
- Help with the loading and unloading of parts, materials, and finished trailers.
- Provide support to the assembly line, ensuring all necessary components are available for the trailer assembly process.
- Clean and maintain the production area, including sweeping floors, disposing of waste materials, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
- Assist with basic hand tool operation (drills, saws, wrenches, etc.) and other manufacturing tasks under supervision.
- Help in painting, sanding, or finishing trailers as required.
- Support the maintenance and organization of tools and machinery.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Supervisor or Production Manager.
