Job Title : SAP Module : MM / WM Lead

Project Details :

The SAP MM / WM Lead will play a crucial role in a global S / 4 HANA implementation project. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP S / 4 HANA, Material Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM). The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP implementations on a global scale. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, determining global requirements, and guiding business process owners in adopting best practices within the S / 4 environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S / 4 HANA.
• Lead the S / 4 HANA implementation efforts, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new platform.
• Analyze business needs and requirements to develop a comprehensive global template for Material Management and Warehouse Management.
• Ensure the template is scalable and adaptable to various regions and business units.
• Define and optimize material management processes, including but not limited to purchase order processing, purchase order approvals, and receiving.
• Implement best practices in MM to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including picking, put away, and batch management.
• Streamline warehouse processes to maximize productivity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align them with SAP capabilities.
• Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to project stakeholders.
• Champion best business practices within the S / 4 environment.
• Coach business process owners and end-users on the use of S / 4 for optimized material and warehouse management.
• Be prepared for travel to project locations in the US (IL, MI), Canada, UK, Switzerland, and France, as necessary, to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, requirements, and configurations.
• Generate regular reports and updates for project management and executive teams.
