As a Senior Client Partner , you will be both a strategic leader and an active contributor, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery across 1-3 key client accounts. This is a hands-on position where you’ll embed yourself in the day-to-day operations, navigating hallways, forging deep connections with stakeholders, and uncovering opportunities for growth within client ecosystems.

Beyond account strategy, you’ll work alongside the Head of Sales to develop actionable plans, oversee contract negotiations, and resolve escalations swiftly. This role demands someone who thrives in dynamic environments, balancing tactical execution with strategic vision while ensuring client success and satisfaction.

You’ll have the opportunity to partner with innovative clients across industries such as technology, healthcare, and enterprise software, making a tangible impact on their success while driving our own growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of client organizations, from hallways to boardrooms.
  • Dive into client operations to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales, aligning with client objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving concerns proactively and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and delivery escalations with a hands-on approach to maintain operational excellence.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent client communication.
  • Track and analyze account performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to both internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience : 6-15 years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or similar roles, ideally within IT services or related fields.
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong familiarity with technologies like Salesforce, data engineering, or advanced analytics is highly desirable.
  • Hands-On Leadership : Proven ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution, building relationships and resolving challenges on the ground.
  • Communication and Influence : Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior-level decision-makers.
  • Technology Familiarity : Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data-driven tools is preferred.
  • Mindset : Self-starter with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
