We re seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead HR systems projects with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise HR applications, technical integration planning, and experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end implementation and enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors modules
Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure alignment on system requirements and rollout plans
Coordinate system configuration, integration with downstream applications, and data migration
Track progress, resolve technical issues, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
Lead vendor coordination and ensure delivery against SLAs
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans
Required Skills:
7 years of project management experience in enterprise HR systems
Hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors/HRIS Systems projects
Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee data management, onboarding, performance, and compensation
Experience working with integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
