About the Role
Are you a master of organization and communication? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of coordinating complex projects? If so, we want you to be our next Project Coordinator! In this role, you'll work closely with our Project Managers and Engineers to create detailed action plans, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Pay: $50,000 annually
Shift: Regular business hours, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to define requirements and objectives.
- Assign tasks and manage schedules.
- Ensure clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Oversee project procurement.
- Monitor progress and address issues.
- Communicate project status to all participants.
- Eliminate blockers with the team.
- Use tools to monitor working hours and expenditures.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Conduct quality assurance tests.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Certifications: Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Project Management Expertise: Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong client-facing and teamwork skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Risk Management: Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
