The person will perform clerical and administrative functions, responsible for managing and coordinating key aspects of our service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation. Minimum 3-year experience, computer proficient and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls, greet and assist onsite guests
- Manage and coordinate key aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching and customer service tasks
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
- Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, customer interactions, agreements and contracts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery, monitoring of past due accounts, and route tracking for technicians
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, clerical, administrative or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service oriented, time-management and critical thinker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
