Concrete Foreman
Purpose of Position: Responsible for the placement of concrete pavement. This position will involve overseeing and managing a concrete paving crew, and equipment for daily concrete paving productions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Know the daily operations of a paving crew
- Material, equipment and crew scheduling
- Must have knowledge of GOMACO concrete paving equipment and set-up
- Be able to read blueprints
- Plan review and quantity takeoffs
- Must have good communication skills and able to work well with others
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the concrete paving field
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have a CDL license or be willing to get one
- Must have OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR certification, Certified Flagger, DOT, Traffic Control Supervisor, Use of LEO’s in the work zone and ATSA certifications or be willing to obtain these certifications through in house sponsored training
Compensation:
$2.00 over local Operator scale plus 1 weeks paid vacation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
