Senior Software Engineering Manager (On-Site / NO C2C)

SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER

The Senior Engineering Manager leads services team, focusing on API development, third-party integrations, and custom client solutions. This role defines and executes a clear, strategic technology roadmap to ensure scalable, high-quality integration services that align with client’s long-term goals.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

COMMON CORE ROLES

Leadership and Team Management:

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers specializing in API and third-party integrations.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, promoting professional growth and cross-functional teamwork.

Technology Roadmap Development:

• Define and drive the technical vision by creating and maintaining a comprehensive technology roadmap.
• Prioritize and plan initiatives to align with business objectives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and client success teams.

Technical Strategy and Execution:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of API integrations and custom solutions.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to understand integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Communicate roadmap progress, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

• Establish and maintain metrics for performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and tools.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily duties in line with client’s Information Security Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure that Information Confidentiality, Integrity, and Privacy is always maintained with processing information assets.

ǪUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong technical expertise in PHP and .Net.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing technology roadmaps to support growth and innovation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Track record delivering scalable and secure integrations in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM integrations and white-labeling solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous work in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
