Overview:
We are seeking a talented CMM Programmer to join our team, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and precision standards. In this role, you will be responsible for programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), interpreting customer specifications, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CMM programming and quality control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate CMM programs that align with customer specifications and design intent.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and tooling teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Support the new product introduction process, ensuring a smooth transition into production.
• Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct gauge and process capability studies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and align with customer expectations.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste within the production process.
• Stay current on advancements in quality technologies, equipment, and processes.
• Foster a customer-oriented culture within the organization and the CMM lab.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in CMM programming or relevant training/certification is required.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Open-minded and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
