About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), interpreting customer specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CMM programming and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CMM programs that accurately reflect customer specifications and design intent.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and tooling teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Support the new product introduction process, ensuring smooth integration into production.
• Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct gauge and process capability studies as required.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards and support alignment with customer expectations.
• Identify and implement strategies for waste reduction within the value stream.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality technologies, equipment, and processes.
• Promote a customer-focused culture within the organization and CMM lab.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• CMM programming experience or relevant training/certification required.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas and process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
