Job Title: Audit Manager
Location: Tampa Bay (Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Audit Manager with a proven track record in public accounting and an active CPA. This leadership role requires extensive experience with NFP and Single Audits and will involve overseeing audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely completion of engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
· Oversee, supervise, and develop staff auditors and seniors, ensuring efficient work and timely completion of projects.
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and resolving any concerns or questions.
· Review audit findings and prepare detailed audit reports for clients.
· Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
· Identify areas for improvement in clients’ financial and operational processes.
· Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
· Stay current with accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
· Must have active, current CPA.
· At least 7-8 busy seasons with consistent advancement in a public accounting firm.
· Extensive experience with NFP and Single Audits required.
· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
· No job-hopping (stable work history preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
