Role: CMM Programmer
Location: Curtis Bay, Maryland/Onsite
Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CMM inspection programs to ensure precise and reliable measurements.
- Perform first-piece and first-article inspections for aerospace components, verifying compliance with specifications.
- Collect, analyze, and report inspection data to support quality assurance initiatives.
- Interpret blueprints, 3D models, engineering drawings, and diagrams to validate part accuracy.
- Utilize precision measurement tools, including manual hand gauges, thread and plug gauges, micrometers, calipers, and depth micrometers.
- Operate in a fast-paced CNC production environment, ensuring efficient and accurate first-piece approvals.
- Communicate inspection results effectively to manufacturing teams, supporting setup and process integrity.
- Develop custom inspection programs to generate precise data for manufacturing, quality control, and customer reporting.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and composure.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the expanding Quality Control (QC) department.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
