Job Description:
Role: Core System Manager
Location: Upland, CA/Onsite
Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Essential Job Duties :
- Strong understanding of core banking technologies with the ability to creatively use core resources in support of business needs.
- Supports and administers products with direct core integration Provides business analysis and requirements gathering in support of end-users.
- Translates business needs and requirements into system capabilities.
- Ability to identify the optimal trade-off related to projects between scope, time, and cost.
- Provides technical support on core banking integrations as well as products. Documents procedures related to core banking application.
- Develops management reporting and dashboards using applicable tools as required. Actively addresses outstanding defects or issues impacting business operations.
- Implements/addresses within organizational priorities requests for core application customization Facilitates testing and quality control processes in relation to core applications management.
- Manages the core applications workgroup including coaching, training, and task management. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in banking/finance
- Familiarity with banking regulations related to operations
Computer & Software Skills :
- Must have foundational computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook email and calendaring) and the Internet.
- Must have experience in management of Core Banking applications. Jack Henry experience preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
