Role: Sr. Electrical Project Manager
Location: Purcellville, VA (Onsite)
Job type: Full Time/Permanent
Please make sure all candidates have electrical experience as they will be responsible for understand and having electrical knowledge so when they meet with clients then they will be able to see what is required by code in order to be able to quote the work and make sure what is being requested or performed is per NEC Code.
Description:
· Project Manager should have 3-5 years of commercial electrical experience(School, Medical & Data Centers) with the ability to read and understand blueprints. Estimating and bluebeam experience is a plus however it is not a requirement.
· Typical duties include supporting Foreman in all activities of completing the project under budget and on time.
· Includes reviewing submittals, RFI, Project specifications, Monthly billing, pricing work & ordering materials for the duration of the project.
