Role: Sr. FMV Analyst
Location: Ft. Liberty/Fayetteville, NC/Onsite
Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent
We are seeking an expert-level Full Motion Video (FMV) and imagery analyst to support tactical and operational intelligence efforts. This role requires advanced proficiency in targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial analysis, with a strong ability to conduct high-level imagery analysis, develop intelligence products, and evaluate intelligence system architectures. The ideal candidate will provide complex solutions, conduct intelligence assessments, and lead subordinate analysts in intelligence production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced FMV and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) analysis to support Special Operations missions.
- Develop and deliver detailed intelligence products in line with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology.
- Lead and mentor subordinate analysts in intelligence production and assessment.
- Evaluate intelligence methodologies, processes, and models to address complex operational and tactical intelligence requirements.
- Serve as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) as needed, executing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Analyze intelligence system architectures and recommend improvements.
- Utilize intelligence-related automation tools and computer applications for analysis and product generation.
- Work independently or within a team environment, taking initiative when required.
Candidate RequirementsSecurity & Clearance
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
Imagery & Intelligence Expertise
- Extensive experience in targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial analysis at both operational and tactical levels.
- Proficiency in IMINT and FMV exploitation, with recent hands-on experience.
- Minimum four years of IMINT and/or FMV analysis and product creation within the last six years.
- Military FMV experience (JSOC personnel with at least two years of hands-on FMV analysis meet this requirement).
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to evaluate intelligence methodologies and processes.
- Skilled in intelligence-related automation tools and software to support analysis.
- Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute, without looking at the keyboard.
Leadership & Tactical Experience
- Ability to lead, mentor, and direct intelligence analysts in product development.
- Completion of Government-provided ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) training, including ITC duties, responsibilities, and TTPs.
- Experience in ISR Tactical Controller roles with potential for deployment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
