Marketing Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will process all sales proposals and complete quotes for new business. You will monitor outstanding quotes and make calls to gather additional information and positively present E.D.I.S. to our clients and brokers. In addition, you will revise existing proposals to meet client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 24 hour turnaround on all quotes and proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of plan changes to ensure quotes are accurate.
• Analyse quotes and make recommendations if different plans or quotes should be considered.
• Research carrier benefits and make recommendations for integration of our product with new benefit plans.
• Completes activity reports and tracks daily and weekly quote numbers.
• Attends Sales meetings and participates in recommending processes to improve service and marketability.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.

• Proven analytical ability and strong data entry skills.
• Time management ability with focus on prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to calculate and analyze data to make recommendations for improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Problem solving and decision- making ability.
• Proven interpersonal skills with experience in customer relations.
• Ability to influence outside partners and identify positive alternatives to meet customer needs.
• Proven computer knowledge and proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high service levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 - $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
