Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours in Spanish and English, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our complex.
- Fluent Spanish speaking skills required to cater to our Spanish-speaking tenants and prospects, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete rental agreements adhering to company and legal standards.
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, property availability, and rental rates.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract new tenants, particularly in the Spanish-speaking community.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and in both languages.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Experience in leasing, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
