Overview
E&E Capital Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our prospective and current residents, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and professional leasing experience.
Duties
- Conduct tours of the property to prospective residents, showcasing amenities and units while providing detailed information tailored to their needs.
- Process rental applications, conduct credit checks, and negotiate lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, transactions, and leasing activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all units and amenities are in excellent condition.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local trends and competitor pricing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC compliance.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Proficient in office administration tasks with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
