Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily product inspections and monitor critical control points
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Collaborate with the QA Supervisor to develop and implement quality control procedures
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
• Assist in investigating and resolving quality control issues
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities
Requirements
• 1-2 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in a food manufacturing environment
• HACCP certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
