We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Application Administrator to join our team. This role will support and maintain critical business applications, ensuring smooth operation, workflow optimization, and automation across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Management & Administration:
- Oversee and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
- Configure and manage integrations, workflows, and automations across platforms.
- Manage application environments, including development (Dev), testing (Test), and production (Prod), ensuring smooth transitions between them.
- Data & API Management:
- Read, interpret, and configure workflows using XML and JSON.
- Build, configure, and maintain APIs for system integrations.
- Manage ODS (Operational Data Store) connectors and ensure accurate data synchronization.
- Microsoft & Cloud Administration:
- Administer and support Azure environments, including access control and security policies.
- Work with Windows Server environments to support hosted applications.
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server, writing queries and optimizing database performance.
- Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, ensuring accurate data representation.
- Workflow Automation & Optimization:
- Analyze business processes and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and improve system workflows, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Documentation & Support:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide support and training to internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Required Technical Skills:
- Experience managing enterprise applications and integrations.
- Proficiency in reading and configuring XML and JSON.
- Understanding of API building and configuration.
- Experience with Azure administration, including security, identity management, and virtual networking.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server, including writing queries and performance tuning.
- Experience working with Power BI and ODS connectors for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools and scripting for process optimization.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Autotask, ServiceNow, or ConnectWise.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
