As a Technical Support Specialist II at E & E Tech, your primary responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, providing technical support across the company, setting up accounts for new users, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, and testing new technology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various technologies such as Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra. Additionally, you will need to utilize a ticketing system to document technical issues and interactions with customers.
