About the position:
To support the significant growth of the business, we have an immediate opening in our Finance Department for an experienced Treasury Solutions Manager.
We are looking for a pro-active and skilled accounting professional to be part of our Finance team. In this high impact role, this position will lead key planning for finance and accounting. This includes management of all aspects of the 401(k) program, full responsibility for Insurance management, strong back-up support for treasury function and banking activity and involvements in yearend reporting and other analytical needs.

Responsibilities
- Management of Company 401(k) Program:
- Oversight: Oversee program for various levels of employees in multiple locations
- Recordkeeping: Ensure that employee contributions, employer matching funds, investment transactions, and any withdrawals or loans are properly recorded
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all IRS and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations regarding 401(k) plans and filing Form 5500
- Distributions processing: Confirm that distributions including rollovers, hardship withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and loans are accurate
- Participant communication: Answer employee questions about the 401(k) plan, provide account statements and educate participants on plan features
- Plan audits: Manage internal and external audits of the 401(k) plan for full compliance
- Reporting: Prepare reports for the plan sponsor, including contribution reports and participant account balances
- Third-party communication: Effective external communication skills are required to interact with auditors, third party administrators, and investment advisors
- Manage the Company’s Insurance Program:
- Oversight: Oversee all data requirements of annual renewals, consolidate and forward to broker
- Communication: Communicate effectively and collaborate with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Recordkeeping: Track premiums, payments, actual costs vs. what was budgeted and forecast and related accounting functions.
- Audits: Complete the Worker's Comp audit with the Payroll Deptment and review related audit statements and related invoices
- Reporting: Consolidate the annual insurance renewal data
- Policy Administration: maintain details of all policies, including coverage details, renewal dates, and policyholder information
- Provide Accounting support for month-end close, GL work, audit, and taxes
- Support Treasury function:
- Approve and process disbursement for weekly cash payments for vendor payments including checks and electronic payments
- Cash management and support for Treasury services
- Approve and validate new wire template
- Establish, monitor, and enforce internal policies, procedures, and controls for all the above
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in accounting and industry experience in publicly traded companies
- Comprehensive experience managing all aspects of 401(k)
- Expertise in 401(k) regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with large enterprise-wide software systems, SAP preferred
- Thorough and current knowledge of GAAP accounting principles insurance principles, and terminology
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in developing internal controls and driving implementation of policies and procedures
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and deliver responsibilities within a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals and audiences
