Resolution Management : Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirement
Experience : Previous customer service experience, ideally within the insurance or related financial services sector, preferred.
Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Technology : Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic office software.
Availability : Willingness to work on-site in Federal Heights, Colorado, to support the office and clients directly.
Professional phone etiquette.
