Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Proactively engage with potential and current clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized assistance.
Quote Preparation : Develop and present accurate insurance quotes that align with the coverage requirements and budgets of clients.
Sales Target : Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through dedication and effective client relationship management.
Policy Management : Assist clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims processing to ensure smooth service.
Networking : Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and industry contacts to grow sales opportunities.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess an active Colorado Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role is a plus.
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are required. Spanish fluency is. a plus.
Customer-Oriented : A strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering top-notch service.
