Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Director, Creative Strategy – Omni-channel to lead impactful, 360° storytelling across all consumer touchpoints—from digital to in-store experiences, including retail, launch events, and corporate communications.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Global Packaging, Copy, Creative, and Visual Merchandising (VM) leads to ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all e.l.f. Beauty brands—e.l.f., e.l.f. SKIN, W3LL People, and Keys Soulcare. Your focus will be on building cohesive launch narratives tailored for each channel, driving strategy from concept through omni-channel execution.


You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Brand, Consumer Insights, Product Marketing, and Visual Merchandising—to develop campaign concepts rooted in data and innovation. You'll also work with Editorial Directors to craft campaign messaging and present creative to the VP, 360 Creative.

Leading a team of Art Directors and Designers, you'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, guiding the translation of strategic ideas into compelling visuals aligned with business and marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the VP, 360 Creative, in ideating and executing creative across seasonal campaigns, visual merchandising, and digital channels (e.g., email, paid media, e-commerce, social).

- Manage and mentor a team of Art Directors, Designers, and freelancers, fostering a consumer-centric design approach.

- Drive 360° storytelling across all consumer touchpoints with consistency and clarity.

- Collaborate with Art Directors to ensure visual elements—images, video, and design—are cohesive and on-brand.

- Present omni-channel creative concepts to internal stakeholders and revise based on feedback with a solution-oriented mindset.

- Collaborate with external agencies to support the development and creative expansion of new brands and product lines.

- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Brand, E-commerce, Marketing, Social, and other key departments.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Proven global experience in beauty, with a strong understanding of how to scale brands internationally.

- Deep knowledge of beauty and wellness—across skincare and makeup—including products, ingredients, usage, and trends.

- Expertise in 360° campaign development, with an ability to expand core ideas across multiple channels and platforms.

- Strong understanding of cultural and consumer trends and how they inform creative strategies.

- Excellent leadership, team-building, and coaching capabilities.

- Superior communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and solutions-driven approach.

- Comfortable balancing deadlines and shifting priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- 10 years of creative/brand experience in beauty, retail, or related industries.

- 7 years in a creative leadership role, managing both people and creative processes.

- Experience working cross-functionally across a matrixed organization.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, ISM).

- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
