Funding Manager

E Mortgage Capital, Inc. is seeking a Funding Manager to join its talented team to deliver responsible, secure, high quality financial products.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in Residential Lending motivated to lead the department’s overall strategy to develop new loan business and service existing portfolios.

Work Location:

This position is based in our Irvine main office, primarily in office. Hybrid arrangement considered after 6 months in the role, but expectations are mostly in-office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team Funding, Post Closing, and service other departments as needed.
• Manage the development, implementation, and operations of residential lending products & services. Ensure product offerings meet the customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and vet technology & processes to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee the residential portfolios and loan pipelines, monitoring for trends in volume, delinquency or other notable factors.
• Collaborate in the hiring, training, and retention of staff.
• Maintain good public relations with customers and the community. Assume community leadership and service responsibilities.
• Participate & Contribute to the Loan, Collections, Compliance & Asset/Liability Committees.
• Ensure the team’s adherence to all banking regulations pertaining to Residential and Consumer lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred
• 15 Years in the Mortgage industry
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Exceptional leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
