Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will guide clients through the home financing journey, offering tailored mortgage solutions and exceptional service. Collaborate with borrowers, real estate professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions, from application to closing. Your expertise will help make homeownership dreams a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust with clients by understanding their goals and providing personalized mortgage advice.
- Loan Processing & Submission: Collect and review financial information, ensuring accurate and timely loan file submissions.
- Mortgage Product Presentation: Explain loan options, costs, and terms, helping clients make confident decisions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to offer competitive solutions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all paperwork meets company and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records of interactions and applications.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide proactive communication, addressing client questions promptly to instill trust throughout the loan process.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned LOs: Bring your expertise and hit the ground running with our unmatched support.
- Past LOs Returning to the Industry: We’ll help you get back on track, including assistance with state licensing.
- Newly NMLS-Licensed LOs: If you're motivated, hungry, and ready to learn, we’ll provide the tools and guidance to launch your career.
- Passion for helping clients achieve homeownership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with mortgage origination software and tools (we’ll train you if you’re new).
- Active NMLS License (Required) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts
