Front Desk Receptionist
Responsible for checking in and checking out patients. Answering phones. Scheduling appointments. Handling point of service collections. Support front desk operations.
We welcome full-time and part-time applicants.
For full-time applicants: Quakertown site of service 3 days a week. Bethlehem site of service 2 days a week.
For part-time applicants: Quakertown site of service 3 days a week.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Proficiency in computer systems. Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures. Experience with electronic health records and insurance verification is preferred. Driver's license.
