E.P. Breaux Utility Services, a rapidly growing electrical utility services company. EPBUS is seeking the following team members for its Operations Office in Broussard, Louisiana with great opportunities for growth in the company.
- Heavy Equipment Operator
- Forklift Certified
- Class A CDL
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to embrace the challenges of managing evolving tasks and structures. Additionally, the ideal candidate must enjoy working in multiple capacities in a dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent
. Welding Certifications
· 3 or more years' experience on comparable jobsite
· Strong commitment to jobsite safety
· Working knowledge of all types of machinery utilized in general utility services industry and on the jobsite with ability to self-certify skills to be validated by the foreman
· Travel Commitment: Up to 100% with ability to work 10 hours per day, night shift, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required with short or no notice. Extended work hitch (10 days)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Must physically have the capacity to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment which may include telephones, motor vehicles, all types of ladders, and be able to work in restrictive/tight areas
· Must be physically able to work, move, or carry objects/materials
· Must be able to exert more than seventy-five (75) pounds of force occasionally and/or more than fifty (50) pounds of force frequently; physical demand requirements are at levels of those for very heavy work
· Must be able to handle physical labor in regular and extreme temperatures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.55 - $24.79 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
