Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including:
- Caterpillar machinery
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Off-road dump trucks
- Cranes
- Tankers
- Front loader trucks
- Backhoes
- Water trucks
- Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning filters, greasing, and maintaining cab cleanliness.
- Follow strict safety protocols while handling equipment and working on-site.
- Work at different company locations (Demo or Landfills) as needed.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth workflow and project completion.
- Valid driver's license and social security card.
- Proven 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Must pass a drug, alcohol, and physical test.
- Willingness to work alternate weekends if workload requires.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
