Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, front loaders, concrete mixers, water trucks, and tankers.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to keep it in optimal working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various environments.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
- Assist in training new operators on safe equipment operation practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to bulldozers, backhoes, concrete mixers, water trucks, and front loader trucks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery.
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass all required safety training and certifications.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
