Job Description
Application Support, Configurations, installation and Engineering
Application Support and maintenance and troubleshooting of IVR applications, Voice Portal System, CTI Routing and Call Recording systems.
Qualifications
• 6-7 yrs of Application Support Experience of Avaya Call Center technology like IVR, Voice Portal, CTI Routing and Call Recording systems and applications.
• Experience in installation of IVR Systems like Avaya Voice Portal and Voice Portal Management System Configurations
• Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting the Avaya and Genesys Call Routing system
• Strong technical, logical, and analytical skills.
• Strong team player and cooperative skills.
