- Position Description: The Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with office and field personnel to help drive recruiting efforts using creative and out-side the box thinking to reach candidates. This is an in office position.
- Ensures job descriptions are up to date and accurate.
Recruiting
Coordinates with hiring managers and field operations to ensure strong workforce planning and adjust campaigns to align with changing business requirements.
Screens resumes, interviews candidates, ensures appropriate assessments and reference/background checks are administered, making recommendations for hire, and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, job boards, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Position Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Bachelor’s Degree; or 2 years of previous experience working in Talent Acquisition or related discipline.
Proficiency with recruiting websites similar to LinkedIn, really, etc.
Experience hiring in the construction field preferred.
