Salary : Non-Exempt, Hourly $28.85 - $31.25 DOE

The main responsibility of the Sales Administrator is to perform any administrative duties necessary to enable the day-to-day operations of the team to run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, upbeat work environment where targets need to be completed efficiently and accurately to help keep sales personnel focused on increasing sales.
Essential Duties :
Create sales documents and links for sales team, including :
Contracts & proposals
Agreement links
Credit card links
Power Point decks
Spend Reports and Summaries
Any additional materials requested by sales to advance the sales process
When a signed contract is received, handle billing & delivery routing in salesforce.com
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Handle all other billing cycles, including :
Submitting finance approval requests
Submitting reallocation requests
Processing cancel / rebill cycles
Follow up with clients to ensure all necessary materials are acquired for invoicing
Serve as main point of contact (POC) to our finance and delivery teams when there are questions about a routed cycle
Maintain account specific knowledge such as preferences in billing and procurement process
Maintain & update team opportunity pipeline, including :
Creating new opportunities & updating existing opportunities
Closing out open opportunities with expired products
Updating future billing schedule dates on 1st day of a new month
Assist with following up on Letter of Intent (LOI) cycles
Entering new lead opportunities
Assist team with travel prep needs, as requested.
Support sales in any other way necessary in order to keep them on sales cycles and efficient when travelling, such as sending contracts to clients, answering client emails, etc.
Handle billing & delivery routing backup and administrative overflow when team members are on vacation or sick.
Stay informed about company product launches and updates to provide accurate and timely support
Assist with various requests to enable the sales team to achieve optimal productivity.
Provide support to ensure adherence to established sales policies and procedures.
Skills / Qualifications :
Proficient computer skills, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient with SalesForce (training provided).Able to complete actions in a timely manner, work against deadlines, and produce high quality work with little to no mistakes.
Must be well organized.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Able to work well within a team.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
