Manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Primary duties include: Answer phones, unpacks materials, envelopes, and other items.
- Answers main phone lines.
- Orders minor office equipment, i.e., files, folders, etc.
- Schedules Fed Ex, UPS Express, etc., orders.
- Assists with Purchasing Order hotline.
- Assists Accounting with invoice processing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED.
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy to enter secured areas and lock-up buildings.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
