Job Description
Lead end-to-end integration between Sage Intacct OneSource, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
Analyze business processes and workflows to design effective and scalable integration solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Tax, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Serve as the primary technical expert and point of contact for integration-related queries and troubleshooting.
Provide technical documentation and training for end-users and support teams.
Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements or fixes as needed.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
Keep up with updates in Sage Intacct and OneSource capabilities and recommend improvements accordingly.
Manage project timelines, risks, and milestones, reporting progress to leadership regularly.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
5 years of experience in system integration, with a minimum of 3 years specifically working with Sage Intacct.
Proven experience integrating Sage Intacct with tax solutions, especially OneSource (preferred).
Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo).
Familiarity with financial processes (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax Calculation).
Hands-on experience with Intacct Web Services API and data structures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead technical teams and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
