Process Engineer

Plattsburgh, NY Onsite

Must Have: Railway, Catia, manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, Configuration, FMEA, QRQC, ERP

Pls share skill matrix with the submission (mention years of experience on the below)

• Working experience in Catia V5, DMA, VPM, DELMIA
• Manufacturing experience in rail industry:
• Process Engineering experience
• Creation of Work instructions
• Creation of Industrial data sheets
• Time study
• Line balancing
• Lean Manufacturing
• Well versed with ERP systems such as SAP, Team center
  
  

Desired Knowledge / Experience

• 5 years' experience in Manufacturing background with preferably in the railway industry.
• Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
• Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
• Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…)
• Familiar with IS common tools.
• Process FMEA, QRQC.
