  • Demonstrate extensive experience with managing complex IT systems.
  • Experience working with COBOL and mainframe systems.
  • Demonstrate experience with developing system architecture solutions.
  • Experience modernizing legacy financial management systems.
  • Experience working system upgrades, modernization, legacy system transition, data migration, system analysis & design.
  • Experience with implementing solutions with respect to modern database design, modern software languages.
  • Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Responsible for project completion. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management.

    • Minimum Experience :

    • Master's degree in engineering, IT or computer science.
    • Ten (10) years relevant experience with developing solutions for complex IT systems.
    • Experience evaluating options and providing recommended solutions to senior leadership.
    • Experience implementing DevSecOps principles.
    • Experience designing systems for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (Client) preferred.

      • Must needed :

    • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification : Category IAT Level II

      • 2. Computing cert : AWS Solution Architect; OR Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) : Cloud Platform and Infrastructure; OR Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect; OR VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV); OR Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Certification; OR Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA); OR Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA); OR IBM Certified Solution Advisor - Cloud Computing Architecture V1
